in the middle of the story

(…) So he decided to go to the bar around the corner to try to find someone to talk to. There, there were a lot of people who were watching a football match. So he decided to stay there until the end of the march. After one hour he started to feel tired, so he went back home. But when he was in his garden he saw a light in his living room; so he was scared and he caught his baseball bat. Suddenly he heard some voices from behind the door. John opened it screaming and with the bat in his hands; but he fell over the carpet and his face crashed on a cake… a cake??? “SURPRISEEEE!!!” He left his head and he saw a lot of people who were laughing, a lot of balloons around the room and a poster with the writing “HAPPY BIRTHDAY”. It was a party for him!!! They spent a fantastic night dancing singing and laughing for the John's falling and they enjoy themselves (…)
